How to Shop
Shopping at the Planet Fitness Store is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart.
To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.
You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart.
When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each.
- In Stock: The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
- Pre-Sell: This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
- Back Order: The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please call 877-521-9840 (Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.) to speak with a customer service representative.
- Discontinued: The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

When you purchase online, you may choose to receive either a gift card or an electronic gift certificate via e-mail. These can be redeemed online, by fax, phone or mail. Any gift card or gift certificate you purchase will have a serial number, such as 1111-2222-3333-4444. Remaining balances on gift cards or gift certificates can be used for future orders by reentering your existing number. - Gift cards and gift certificates are not returnable.

- Gift cards and gift certificates are redeemable immediately upon receipt. Please keep this information secure.
- The value of a gift card or gift certificate is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
- Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates will not be replaced.
- Gift cards and gift certificates are valid for one year. This does not apply in California, Washington or other states where prohibited by law.
- If your order total exceeds your gift card or gift certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.
Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order.

All Other International Orders
International shipping is available. Standard International Delivery requires the consignee/customer to pay duty & taxes and brokerage fee's mandated by the Government for which the shipment is received. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees. BDA is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these destination fees. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise within 60 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges form (included with your shipment) or call 877-521-9840 for details. For all customer choice returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
Planet Fitness Club Setup Guide
Step 1: Fill Out Club Setup Form
- Fill out the club setup form here
- Your information is then received by the BDA team, who will handle your setup request.
- Attach a recently dated W9 form when prompted in the Smartsheet form.
- Attach a Resale Tax Certificate in the Smartsheet form to receive tax-exempt purchases.
- BDA will reach out to you for any additional information required.
- You will receive an email confirming your setup is complete. You can now register!
Step 2: Register Your Gym
- Register your gym account here
- Navigate to “Log In” at the top right of the page.
- Select “Club & Franchisee” option under New Customers.
- From there, complete your gym’s account setup.
- BDA will reach out to you for any additional information required.
- You are done! If you run into any issues, reach out to Chris Brewer or Ben Bethards for additional support.
Are You Tax Exempt?
If you are tax exempt and tax is showing at the time of order, action is required.You will have approximately 48 hours to email your Tax Exempt Certificate to Tax_Inquiry@bdainc.com so we can remove tax from your order. If your order is expedited or you provide the certificate at a later time, tax will be credited after invoicing. Please note that you only have to do this one time per person.Once you are in our system we will recognize you as tax exempt.
